If some how you are looking for more than this, money is the key.

You can pay more than usual and than get lucky enough for spacious accommodations with comfortable beds and adjustable bathrooms in larger hotels.

But sometimes the place really goes out of hand . Even the trekkers who are willing to pay has no place to stay and must adjust on a dining room because they didn’t make the early reservation or did not book the place in advance.

Please make sure you will reconsider on-site booking and think of teahouse accommodation once you reach your destination. Clearly, you are at risk.

Teahouses are happy to serve you lunch. But the menu options might not be on your favour. This is a high-altitude trek so the sources are mainly bought by horses, helicopters or porters.

You will find the items of cereals, rice and wheat goods. But somehow the Everest Region manages to satisfy customers as it is the commercialized destination in Nepal.

You will find varieties of items like momo, pancakes , oats, fries, rice, spaghetti, beans. The other delicious items are rice, daal bhat, yak cheese, garlic soup and so on. These diets will give you energy and boosts your stamina.

If you have not heard about Nepali delicacy daal bhat, this is a dish served as a breakfast and dinner for restoration of  energy. The rice is served with side dishes of lentil soup, seasonal vegetables , greens and pickles .

These items are very rich in carbohydrates and protein required for the trek.

Make sure you drink enough water on the trek. Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water on trekking. No matter how healthy you feel, hydration is important.

Just because you are young and your body can adjust anything doesn’t mean you will take alcohol while hiking. It is very risky and is the major cause for dehydration.
