Travel and Safety Advice
Keeping a Close Watch on the Weather
Keeping updated on the weather in the Everest Region is difficult. The Everest Weather Station Network is a weather center established by National Geographic. But this is mostly for places that are quite high up, like Mount Everest itself.
However, you can use your phone to check the weather and set the altitude to the lowest possible level, which is 4,000 meters (13,123 feet).
Otherwise, you'll need to ask locals what they think the weather will be like over the next three days. The weather is generally stable in March; snowfall is uncommon at lower elevations and rain is not anticipated.
Adapting to Weather and Terrain
We have provided altitude-related advice above. Please make sure you acclimate well overall. This is particularly crucial if you don't have lodging reserved in advance or are traveling without a guide. If you're feeling good, it could be tempting to keep going. Don't do that!
Keep an eye out for any headaches. It could be a straightforward issue or the beginning of something darker. It is true that altitude sickness exists.
Be prepared for anything. Pack for extremely cold weather as well as warmer times of the day. Even though it doesn't seem warm, the sun is incredibly intense at high altitudes.
Therefore, keep in mind the sunscreen throughout the periods when you might only be wearing a t-shirt. Speaking about T-shirts, wear layers so you can quickly put them on and take them off based on the situation and time of day.
HealthPosts along the way
There are numerous Hospitals on the trails towards EBC listed below:
Himalayan Sherpa Hospital was opened in November 2022. It is located at Phakding offering 15 beds facility and emergency services to the locals.

Precisely, The Mountain Medical Institute (MMI) is available at Namche and Dingboche. But the Dingboche branch is closed during the winter months . You get the services like the basic lab, EKG and ultrasonography at this Medical institute.
Responsible Trekking

Head towards downhill and acclimatize yourself. Once you recover yourself you can safely proceed again towards the trek.
Making it more precise, quit trek if your symptoms worsen your trek.
